Return or Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at GAB GEAR. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following credit /or exchange policy: Unfortunately, we do not do refunds.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any credits or exchanges. We do not offer refunds at this time but exchanges and credits can be used towards other GAB GEAR options.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. If your exchange/credit is approved, then your credit or exchange will be processed, and a credit will be applied for store use, within 30 days, for the value of the item exchanged and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item/s over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For ALL returns/exchanges, please e-mail us at info@gabgear.store and include your order number to initiate the return-credit/exchange process.
- Exchanges: a. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. b. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, alternative options.
- Damaged or Defective Items: a. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified eligibility criteria.
- The return policy may be subject to change, and any updates will be reflected on our website.
